Reiki (One hour)
Reiki is a Universal Life Force Energy and is a hands on natural healing method. The therapist channels Reiki, through the hands to the recipient, activating the Body's natural self-healing mechanism. It works wherever it is most needed cleaning the body of toxins whilst clearing the mind, calming the emotions and releasing blocked energies on all levels, thus achieving a state of balance within the whole person.
Reflexology (One hour)
Reflexology is the practice of working the reflexes in the feet, which correspond to other parts of the body. Reflexology helps to reverse the effects of stress, so that the body is in a more relaxed state and can therefore heal itself. 90% of all illness is caused by stress, so be relieving stress through reflexology we are healing ourselves. Refexology is such a gentle therapy that it is suitable for all ages, from babies to the elderly and frail. There is no problem too big or small for Reflexology.
Holistic Massage (One hour 20 mins)
Holistic massage is one of the oldest simplest forms of therapy and is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate and tone the body. Massage also stimulates blood circulation and assists the lymphatic system, improving the elimination of waste throughout the body.
Indian Head Massage (45 mins)
By working over the upper back, shoulders, neck, and releasing pressure points on the face, Indian Head Massage provides you with the ultimate relaxing experience. It can relieve muscular tension and fatigue, improve posture and flexibility, increase joint mobility, relieve eye strain, tinitus, jaw ache sinus congestion, tension headache and insomnia, help reduce blood pressure, increase circulation to the scalp improving the condition of the hair.
Hopi Ear Candle Therapy (45 mins)
A pure linen roll is impregnated with 100% beeswax and finely powered herbs such as Sage, St.John's Wort and Chamomile. The candle, which is hollow, works like a chimney. When the candle is lit at one end at the top, there is a mild suction, which helps to draw out impurities from the ear into the lower section of the candle. The rising air inside the candle then sets up a vibration, which will gently massage the eardrum. This helps to regulate the pressure inside the ear. The flow of air from the herbal extracts is calming, soothing and its healing properties protect the irritated areas. The warmth of the flow help to stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems.
Conditions which also benefit: irritation of the ears and sinuses, excessive or compacted ear wax, headaches, rhinitis, vertigo, glue ear, ringing in the ears, stress related problems.
Metamorphic Treatment (1 hour)
By working on the prenatal pattern on the feet, hands and head, one is able to let go of the underlying genetic and karmic stresses brought in at conception. Metamorphosis treatments are for any age from infants and adults, pregnant women especially benefit from metamorphosis. Infants and young children with Down syndrome and Autism often experience positive change with metamorphosis. Animals love treatments too.
